Service Description

Prerequisite: Successful Completion of A3 or Placement Test The B1 course is meticulously designed for students who have successfully completed Kita Aleph (Aleph+/Aleph++) and are eager to continue honing their Hebrew speaking, reading, and writing skills, particularly in the convenience of an online format. In this course, you will be immersed in the future tense and acquainted with new prepositions, while your vocabulary is further enriched through Bet-level texts. Our primary goal is to strengthen your confidence in utilizing Hebrew with ease in day-to-day scenarios. This is facilitated through the study of more complex texts, the learning of popular songs, and by engaging in interactive discussions on diverse topics, ranging from love and relationships to current events in Israel, and even cooking, complemented by an entertaining video assignment. As part of the assessment process, students will undertake a test during the final week of the course to qualify for the subsequent level (B2) and progress in their Hebrew studies. The evaluation criteria encompass oral and written work, class participation, and examination results. Whether you are situated overseas or prefer the flexibility of learning from home, our online B1 course, delivered via Zoom, provides an immersive Hebrew language experience across a span of 10 weeks. This course includes a specially developed workbook by Aviv Bertele and a vocabulary app tailored to your class level.
