Service Description
Prerequisite: A1 level or equivalent proficiency through a placement test. Welcome to our lively A2 Hebrew Course! Designed for those who've already savored a few weeks of Hebrew basics at an Ulpan, this course is your springboard to elevate your speaking, reading, and writing skills. We aim to fuel your confidence, empowering you to take Hebrew conversations out of the classroom and onto the streets of Israel with native speakers. In this exciting journey, we'll take a leap into the past tense and introduce new prepositions (ל, של). We'll enrich your vocabulary with travel-themed words, phrases for bargaining at the shuk (market), and names of fruits and vegetables. Plus, we'll dive deep into grammar, syntax, and a medley of linguistic structures. And to keep things practical, we'll infuse the curriculum with practice conversations, preparing you for everyday Israeli interactions. At the end of the course, a qualifying test awaits. This will open the gateway to the A3 level and continuing your Hebrew exploration. Students will be assessed on their oral and written skills, as well as their in-class effort and test performance. Living abroad or fancy the convenience of home-learning? Join our online Aleph+ Course! Taught via Zoom, this course mirrors the content of our in-person A2 course over 10 weeks. Immerse yourself in the Hebrew language without leaving the comfort of your home. *Note: Our online courses take place on Zoom and include a specialized workbook developed by Aviv Bertele. Cancellation Policy
1. Students have the right to cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 400 NIS, provided the cancellation is done at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. 2. If cancellation occurs between 14 days and 72 hours before the course's start date, a credit equivalent to the amount paid will be extended to the student. This credit can be applied towards any course in the following semester and remains valid for a period of 12 months. 3. Should a student cancel their enrollment within 72 hours of the course's starting date, please note that neither a refund nor a credit towards future courses will be available. Additionally, switching between classes is not permitted within this 72-hour period. 4. Once booked, 1-on-1 sessions cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please note, exceptions may be made under special circumstances at the discretion of the administration. It's always best to reach out to us if there are any doubts or queries regarding this policy.
